Join hosts Ali and chef Joana for a local, sustainable sushi dinner that includes a gin and tonic. Joana is considered the best sushi chef in the Azores. She will introduce you to the sushi on offer. She personally collects the fish as the boats come into the port of Rabo de Peixe. A vegetarian option is available (please request at the time of booking.) Local wines and beers are also available. Please note, additional drinks are not included in the price

Ali has picked gins with Japanese botanicals and citrus that carefully complement the delicate sushi flavours. The Gin Library is located at The Solar Branco Eco Hotel. It contains one of the largest private gin collections in the world.
