Sustainable Gastronomy

Our idea is to be more mindful of what we eat. From the chickens and eggs we raise (all free range who live on the estate) to where we source our vegetables and fish for example.

Sustainable gastronomy isn’t just about not eating meat, or reducing meat. It’s about looking at the whole picture. From sodium laden vegan burgers to avocados grown in Chile and flown over to the Azores to be consumed.

Our mission is not to preach, but to explain how small changes can make big impacts. Not just to the food chain here in the Azores, but to your home country and the farmers that work the land.
