Join chef Joana for a sushi dinner. Locally born Joana is considered the best sushi chef in the Azores. She will introduce you to the sushi on offer. She personally collects the fish as the boats come into the port of Rabo de Peixe. A vegetarian option is available. To order this you must let us know at the time of booking.
