Our Summer Strawberry in-house infusion takes organic Azorean strawberries as its base. This produces a light, fruity, but not too sweet flavoured gin. It’s perfect for a summer evening, watching the sun set over the green hills opposite the estate as you relax is the pure Atlantic air.
This limited edition gin is only available from The Gin Library, we are only serving it by the glass and no bottles are available for sale at the moment due to the small production of the gin. We hope that this will change as we work with Rocha Negara on a commercial release for 2021.
