November brings the cooler weather with a real chill in the air as well as shorter days, but with some beautiful sunsets. The tourists on the island seem to fall as quickly as the leaves from the trees, giving us more time to get out into the gardens and plant up more trees for the year ahead. As ever, there is more to do and the opening of the hotel is on the horizon so December will be busy enough for us here on São Miguel.
