May has been yet another busy month here at The Solar Branco Eco Estate. The buildings are finally coming close to being finalised, and the restoration effort of the last 5 years will come to a close. And a new chapter of The Solar Branco Eco Estate will begin. In June all rooms and suites will be open, as well as our 2 new dining concepts, Chef Joana’s Sushi and The Green Pantry. The Gin Library, our first business continues to grow, now standing at 1,034 gins. This is now the second largest in the world.
