A Gin and Tonic without ice is unthinkable, even undrinkable. In searching for the perfect a perfect Gin and Tonic you need the right ingredients. A key part of this is the ice that is used. Here at the Solar Branco Eco-Estate we have spent more time than anyone should (or normally would) on the pursuit of making ice. From boiling to filtering to endless attempts with cooler boxes, we have tried it all.
After a lot of practice, we hope we have some pretty good ice. We landed on a circular ice design, so they melt at a slower rate. In the center you will find estate-grown rosemary to carefully balance the gin, tonic and locally grown citrus we use as a garnish.
