HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
All bookings are made through our booking page, and require the full amount to be paid up front in order to be confirmed. Please note, we are a private dining experience and do not allow babies or children under 16.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Up to 7 days: Full refund. After this time no refund available

DO YOU CATER TO SPECIFIC DIETS OR ALLERGIES?

We are only able to cater for vegetarian and pescatarian diets, and allergies to gluten, shellfish, and nuts. We do request that guests alert us to these allergies at the point of booking so our kitchen can make all necessary preparations for their visit. We’re unable to substitute dishes or ingredients to create bespoke menus or dishes, and politely ask that you don’t request them.

ARE YOU A VEGAN RESTAURANT?
Our vegan cozido is 100% vegan. We have vegetarian and pescatarian sushi options. The aim of The Green Pantry is to showcase sustainable gastronomy, the best that the Azores has to offer.

HOW LONG SHOULD I ALLOW TO ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE?
Around 1 hour.

We politely request that you arrive 15 minutes before your reservation. If you’re expecting to arrive late please let us know, and we will do our best to make sure your experience is impacted as little as possible.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE RESTAURANT?
No, however children over 16 are allowed.
