Sustainable Azorean Gastronomy, created by chef André. His vison is to champion the vegetarian and vegan dining experience. Join us for a sustainable, local and delicious dinner here at The Solar Branco Eco Estate at our unique restaurant concept, The Green Pantry.

Our food and name is inspired by the rolling green hills of São Miguel. All of our main ingredients are sourced from the island or surrounding islands as we showcase the local produce sourced from local producers in each dish that we serve you. Our cuisine is always fresh, changing with each cycle of food production, meaning our menu changes with the four seasons we enjoy here in the Azores. We aim to bring our unique concept of sustainable gastronomy to you.

The Green Pantry & The Solar Branco Eco Estate are strictly for adults only, babies and children under 16 are not allowed entry.

We aim to reduce all our leftovers from the cooking to the plate. And thanks to our residents of Cluckingham Palace we get close to zero food waste.
