Thank you for choosing The solar branco Eco Estate and putting your trust in us. We recognize that COVID-19 has encouraged all of us to be more mindful and we have implemented necessary changes to our daily routines. Our “COVID-19 action plan” was developed with the guidance of the Azores Clean and Safe scheme. Rest assured, we will be monitoring these new procedures and adjust them as needed to ensure the safety of everyone who visits the estate.
Our experiences are undertaken in extremely small groups, normally less than 8 people. The Gin Library is regularly sterilised, and many of our experiences take place in the clean air of the Azores countryside. The Estate accommodation is a fully self-contained cottage with your own kitchen and private entrance, perfect for physical distancing. We are located on the estate for any assistance you may need.

For everyone’s protection, we implement best practice measures from the Azores Clean and Safe scheme, including:
Social distancing:
- Our team remain at a 2 metre distance from guests at all times
- We keep our group sizes small so that guests are able to keep a 2 metre distance from each other
- Guests who attend together do not need to social distance within their own group
Hygiene:
- Spray hand sanitiser available at all times
- Our team sanitise their hands frequently during your time with us
- Masks and gloves available to purchase, should you wish to use them
- We have a range of washable masks made by local artisans available to purchase
Cleaning schedule:
- At our premises, we clean and disinfect chairs, tables, surfaces, switches, door knobs, equipment and bathrooms before and after your visit
- We have sanitising equipment on hand to clean switches, door knobs and other surfaces on request during your visit
